LET'S GO SHOPPING

How many trips to Loft does it take to pick a bento box? It's a very important decision. You only have 2,000 yen. You have to figure out what kind of lunch you'll be packing. And how the box will fit in your bag. You know? And you really only need one. You're not gonna come buy another bento box. I couldn't decide so I just got the cheapest of the finalists.

"Im looking for a bento box, it cant be pinku (thats japanese for pink) or any girl color.

It has to be of 2 or more kotoba (thats japanese for 2 compartments) and has be be chibi (small) sized.
And has to be really kawaii (cute). Also It has to be about 10-20 bux.

And you have to post pics of it first (i want to make shure it's kawaii [cute]). And it would be nice if it came with matching chopstick holder (WITH chopsticks).

OH! and it CANNOT have any cartoon pictures, or be made out of plastic. It has to be made of ceramic, or something like that.

Also it would be nice if it was made in japan. and not in china or corea (korea) or whatever.

I have found a bento box similar to the one im describing in e-bay, but it was 1 kotoba, and i dont want my gohan (rice) to touch my other things (it can get wet and i would not like that, plus 2 compartments looks more kawaii)"

This is like my third choice, they were out of the slim one in green and out of this one in blue! But it has 2 kotoba and will take ii care of my kawaii gohan yo.

I love bentos and have a bunch from the Daiso. You can get cute food separators and picks there, too. Also, a mayo cup shaped like a monkey!

Your first bento - exciting! I've been getting into some bento blogs recently and would love to be one of those fabulous people who pack one everyday...maybe in a few months. In the meantime I will just have to oggle all the pretty colours at Loft!

i just pack really simple leftover bentos that don't make sense, like spanish rice and green beans, or spaghetti and edamame. i find it really satisfying to pack a lunch.

the ones in the third photo were my favorite and i can't remember why i didn't go with one of them :( REGRET

it was just too much to handle, cute little boxes, my favorite colors, ugh

I keep coming back here to look at these hot bentos. Why don't I live in Japan?

I've got a bento like the 4th picture down and it's really freaken annoying. The clips on the side, sometimes they work perfectly but other times they just don't clip...a couple of times I've just given up and left my bento at home and bought my lunch!
